BRIDGE COMMERCIAL REPRESENTS LANDLORD IN A NEW LEASE AT THE SUMMERVILLE DISTRIBUTION COMPLEX

 

264-270 Deming Way, Summerville, SC –  John Beam of Bridge Commercial represented the Landlord, Warehouse Rentals, LLC, in the leasing of 39,375 SF at Summerville Distribution Complex.

 

The tenant, Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA), was represented by Cameron Yost, Reid Davis & Pete Harper of Lee & Associates.

 

Summerville Distribution Complex is a new, multi-tenant industrial development that comprises of two buildings totaling 251,250 SF.
