BRIDGE COMMERCIAL REPRESENTS BUYER IN PURCHASE OF 120 ENTERPRISE DRIVE

NEWPORT NEWS, VA – Hagood S. Morrison and Will Harker of Bridge Commercial represented the buyer, Mercana Furniture and Décor, in the purchase of 124,000 SF, 21.07 acres at 120 Enterprise Drive in Newport News, Virginia. This is Mercana’s first East Coast distribution center.

The seller, Newport News Industrial Development Authority, represented themselves in the transaction.
